Pricing & Availability: We are not liable for any changes in price, availability, or terms made by a third-party travel provider.
Contractual Disputes: Any disputes regarding travel bookings must be resolved directly with the provider listed in the "Ready To Book Your Holiday?" section.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to £100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Savvy Holiday Maker and its officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site.
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of England and Wales.
